For the academic year 2025-2026, the Online Admission Enquiry Form will open on Monday, 2nd December 2024 at 9:00 am.
Admission at the PICT Model School is based on a first come first serve basis and enquiries/applications are accepted only through the website. For admission in the academic year 2025-26, please fill in the Online Admission Enquiry Form. Kindly note that the Admission Enquiry Form closes upon receipt of the grade-wise expected number of enquiries. Seats are not available in Grades 1 to 9. In these grades, seats can be allotted only against cancellation.
Filling the Admission Enquiry Form
Click on the Admission Enquiry Form given on the right-hand bottom of the school website. You will be directed to the ‘Admission Helpdesk’ Page. You are requested to read through the information and accept it by clicking on the “I understand and agree to proceed with the admissions process” button at the bottom of the page in order to proceed towards the Admission Enquiry form. After filling out the Admission Enquiry Form and successfully submitting the same, a system-generated token number will be sent to your registered email ID. Kindly save this token number for any further communication with the school. (Kindly check the spam, in case you have not received the automated mail in your inbox.)
Once the token number is generated, based on the availability of seats, the school may reach out to you within 15 working days. Should you not hear from us within this time frame, we may reach out to you only in the month of March 2025.
Admission Process:
- Please fill in the ‘Admission Enquiry’ form to register your interest reflecting on the website. The details filled in the enquiry form are the only means of communication between you and the school. Therefore, please fill them with utmost care. All fields are mandatory.
- Seats are not available in Grades 1 to 9. In these grades, seats can be allotted only against cancellation. The school will get in touch with you as per the token number for a prerequisite process, after you fill in the enquiry form.
- Once the ‘Admission Enquiry’ form is filled in, a token number is generated based on which you shall be called for a counselling session in the school campus.
- After the counselling session, should you wish to take the process further, you will have to notify the Admission Team during the counselling session. The Admission Team will send you an email with the details of registration and a link to the admission form.
- You are requested to have scanned copies of the following documents ready, prior to filling out the admission form. Please note, the size of each document should not be more than 1mb. In case, the documents exceed this size, you will not be able to proceed further.
- Latest 3 passport size photo of the student* (The photograph should be colored with a clear white background.)
- Latest 1 passport size photo of the parents* (The photographs should be colored with a clear white background.)
- Birth Certificate* (in original for Grade 1)
- Aadhar card of the student*
- Aadhar card of Father
- Aadhar card of Mother
- PAN card of Father
- PAN card of Mother
- Address proof* (Light Bill / Rent agreement / Index II / Aadhaar card)
- Caste Certificate* (Proof of caste SC, ST, NT, OBC, BC) (Father's/Student's Certificate only)
- Medical Fitness Certificate of the student*
- Blood Group Report*
- Proof of Physical Disability (if applicable*)
- Proof of Learning Disability (if applicable*)
- Proof of Foreign Nationality of the student (OCI/PIO) (if applicable*)
- Latest Term 1 Report Card (of the previous school) of the student (reflecting the scores and remarks). Preliminary Exam I & II report cards / marksheet are mandatory for Grade 11.
- Previous year’s Final Report Card of the student (reflecting the scores and remarks)
- School Leaving or Transfer Certificate from the school last studied.
- Final Marksheet of CBSE or an equivalent Secondary Board (ICSE, IB, IGCSE, State Board)
- Documents which are marked* are mandatory. However, the Transfer Certificate can be produced at the latest by 31st March 2025. For Grade 10, Transfer Certificate must be produced by 25th March 2025. For Grade 11, the Migration Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate of Grade 10 shall have to be produced after the declaration of the Board results.
When you fill in the Admission Form and submit, you will receive a copy of the filled in application form and declaration form in your mailbox. Based on the application form and scrutiny of the details shared, your ward will be called for an interaction with the educators and thereafter with the Director Principal. It is mandatory for both parents to meet the Director Principal. Post which the school will take the final decision and an email with details of fee payment will be sent. The provisional admission will be confirmed only on receipt of the fee payment made within two days and submission of all the statutory documents.Should you be interested in availing the school transport facility, please submit the filled-in transportation form to the transport in-charge on the very same day of interaction and requests received later will not be entertained. Transport is an annual service paid in two installments. Once opted for, the transport facility has to be availed for the full academic year. The first installment of transport fees has to be paid between 16th February and 7th March 2025. Please note that transport routes and fees will be shared before the window period opens. The second installment of transport fees has to be paid between 8th March and 10th June 2025. However, for all admissions after April 2025, installment facility for the transport will not be applicable.
- Cafeteria is a term-wise service. The first term cafeteria fees must be paid between 16th February and 7th March 2025 and the second term cafeteria fees has to be paid between 9th September and 22nd September 2025.
- In the eventuality of cancellation of admission by the parent before 31st March 2025, the 1st Installment fee and Caution deposit will be refunded. School will take a maximum of 15 days to process the refund. From 1st April 2025, in case of a cancellation, the refund will be on a pro rata basis.

Admission for Grade 11
Any Grade 10 learner from the CBSE Board or an equivalent Secondary Board (ICSE, IB, IGCSE, State Board). Process of child interaction for Grade 11
- The prerequisite process of admission in Grade 11 includes student interaction which is conducted by a panel of educators at PICT Model School.
- It includes attempting both verbal and written assessment which aims at gauging the interest, ability, and awareness of the learner on basic and general knowledge of the subjects opted.
- Aptitude in Math is assessed irrespective of the stream chosen by the learner.
- English Proficiency of the learner is expected to be at least CEFR B1 level.
- Post the student interaction with the panel of educators, the school will recommend the most suitable stream along with the subject combination.
